During the KAKM televised debate this evening between Senator Ted Stevens and Mark Begich, one of the moderators, Michael Carey from the Anchorage Daily News asked, “…Do you think the country of Iraq and Saddam Hussein played a role in the 9/11 attacks on the United States?”

Senator Stevens, “I know more than you think I know and I think they did.”

Mayor Mark Begich, “I don’t believe they did.”

Even George W Bush says Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11! (1:19)
