Moore Up North…Go!

This week’s edition of MOORE UP NORTH…

With the new legislative session beginning this week and the Republicans crying about the oil industry tax structure (ACES) being too high, we’re separating fact from fiction and whiners from their cheese!

We also interview Bill Scannell about what’s in store for traveling Americans as a result of the underpants wanna-be bomber.

This weeks esteemed panel is:

Rep. Les Gara. Les has represented Downtown District 23 since 2002.  He is an attorney and a writer and was the Assistant Attorney General during the Exxon Valdez oil spill case.

Deputy Commissioner for Gasline and Tax Marcia Davis. Previous to her appointment in 2007, Marcia served for seven years as Vice President and General Counsel for Era Aviation.  For the prior nine years, she was Senior Counsel for BP Exploration; much of it focused on North Slope gas commercialization and state production tax issues.

Rep Harry Crawford has represented the Eastside in District 21 since 2000 and is running for the US House seat this year against Rep Don Young and he makes the best gumbo this side of the Mississippi!
